what does tropotrope mean?
"Tropotrope" is made-up word riffing on the biological premise of "tropisms" or organisms' tendencies to grow towards sources of nourishment.....heliotropes grow towards sun, hydrotropes towards water....... Tropotropes are those special beings that grow towards growing itself.... These are the life-long learners, the divergent thinkers, the folks holding neat-looking leaves up to light, the sculptors slash engineers slash acrobats...............
